This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Person Organization Fit, Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement on Turnover Intention. In addition, it is also find out whether Job Satisfaction can mediate its free variables. While number samples used as many 105 respondents. The sampling technique was accidental technique. test equipment research instrument in form validity test, reliability test. data analysis uses Goodnees fit, normality, outlier mahalanobis distance methods. Hypothesis testing carried using direct effects indirect effects. results showed that variable person organization fit had a significant effect turnover intention employees PT. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia. organizational commitment has engagement no satisfaction mediated by job work
